Shipping Policy – LAYA | The Dress Edit

At LAYA | The Dress Edit, your order is our highest priority. Each piece is carefully prepared and quality-checked before dispatch and shipped worldwide with care.

All delivery times are estimates and do not include weekends or public holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Processing & Production

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Most items are ready for dispatch within 5–9 business days after your order is placed.

Some pieces are prepared individually or made-to-order, which is why preparation time may vary depending on materials and production schedule.

All orders are dispatched from Ukraine.

In rare cases, processing may take up to 10 business days depending on order volume or material availability.

We ship globally using trusted international courier services depending on your destination.

At checkout, available shipping methods and estimated delivery times for your address will be displayed before payment confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Fees

Our standard shipping fee is 17-25 Euro depends on the destination country.

In some cases, shipping costs may be calculated individually depending on destination country, delivery complexity, or parcel size and weight.

We may occasionally offer promotional free shipping campaigns.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. LAYA | The Dress Edit is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees, which are not included in the product or shipping price.

The recipient is responsible for all such charges. Please check your country’s regulations before ordering.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, non-collection, or refusal to pay customs charges, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs and related fees.

If you cancel your order after dispatch, original shipping fees and return shipping charges will be deducted from any refund.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or there is a delivery issue, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will assist in contacting the courier. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after confirmed dispatch.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO boxes, military addresses, or restricted destinations due to carrier or regulatory limitations.

Force Majeure

LAYA | The Dress Edit is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions.
